Based on several other sources, this appears to be an organization created by the CAAA so that they could file suit against the Dep't of Industrial Relations to bring down or delay the implementation of the new PD schedule.

Seems that all of the reforms that are trying to be implemented will cut into the pocketbook of the liars...I mean lawyers. And you know what happens when that happens...they get really cranky!
