I find all of these previous comments interesting considering no one has done their homework on the subject. In 2003 the Califonia Workman's Comp. Insurance Fund posted 15.287 billion dollars in assets. There are very few fraud cases of injured workers and most of them are state employees. The rest of us really are injured and need our doctors and quality medical care so we can get back to work. I hope the past commentors begin to take a look at the truth rather than base their comments on their imaginations.
