The only reason why the CAAA is doing this is because they have not won on the MPN issue and now have to try another venue, the PD schedule. Let them try. It's not going to work. People, Employers, and Legislators have had enough for a very long time. The legislator's and Govenor now need to focus on California's budget problem. The CSAA needs to move on.
