We used applied's solution one service for a year + It sounded good and our agent recommended it. However, we just cancelled because when rates were going lower in Calif they raised our rates with out any claims against our policy. Also, getting clear and detailed reports were near impossible. Never could get a 941 or DE 6 because they lump everyone together.
Sorry, they need to do better.
