Oh great and wise Rolf Neu, how is it that you make such broad and encompassing assumptions that low income equates to low score? I've rejected local physicians due to poor score, and their claims bear that out. I have very good scored clients with little means as well.

Granted, I would guess that those with less responsibility (poor score) are more often on the lower end of the economic system, but this is a choice in most cases. You can choose to be more responsible with your education, selection of jobs, sacrofices to move up the ladder, avoid financial over extension and live within your means, or you can wallow in your misfortune, put it all on your credit cards and blame others and be miserible in your minimum wage job complaining about you boss all day long.

The underlying fact is that those who take more responsibility in daily financial decisions, also take more responsibility in risk taking, thus are less prone to insurance claims.

Now the great leap few bleading heart liberals desire to attempt; so if one is more responsible in daily decisions, and is less prone to insurance claims, don't they deserve to pay less? Oh, wait a minute, that's a system based on our country's original founding principles of working for what you get, it's not the socialized or communistic system that's loving and kind to those who are more misfortunate! Heavens, we wouldn't want the lazy slob who's flipping burgers because he didn't want to graduate have to spend all his paycheck on auto insurance after his 4 DUI's, 3 accidents and 2 wives (and 7 kids later) right? That wouldn't be right! Subsidize the poor fool, you know, take away any financial incentive or rewards from those who do work hard on being more responsible and give it to those who arn't!

Say, are you from the People's Republic of California by any chance?
