What your proposing is a violation of constitution of equal protection and discrimination, making others pay 2000 year for a dog breed that has not hurt anything and stays under control at all times, while other dogs kill, maim other animals, attack humans and destroy property . Not fair or equal. Next it will be children and grandchildren since the insurance companies have capitalized on a way to penalize and force the big bucks coming to them.
