Gee, Robert...thanks a lot! My tenure as Commissioner saw 120 new companies come to California, real price competition, and many new products introduced. I thought things went pretty well. Commissioner Garamendi and I have never been...close...but you should not throw around accusations about criminality against public officials without some specific evidence. Just because you may disagree with positions held by a politician does not make them guilty of crimes. By the way, it's "Quackenbush"...not "Quack Bush."
