Where was Garamendi when carriers were going out of business? The DOI failed then and is failing now. The carriers that took significant hits to surplus deserve a chance to recover.

Some guys recognize opportunities while others like Garamendi could fall into a 55 gallon full of tits and still come up sucking their thumbs!
