That's another thing that bother's me. If I am a patient at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, I don't expect DUCK ****. AS they saying goes, if someone writes you a letter, wouldn't you want a response? Another question, if you are in a ball game and some one yells heads up, don't look for grounders'.
What's it gonna take for your hospital and your billing dis-service to understand that your hospital is: A breeding ground for Fraud, Abuse and Un-Professional implementation of Medical records storage convience for criminal activity. Doesn't take a Medical Director to figure that out? does it?
