If this bill was to pass it would be one of the most ridiculous bills yet to pass. What are these people thinking? People of all ages should be required to wear bicycle and motorcycle helmets when on either of these types of transportation.

Medical Insurance isn't going to help when a love one is dead on the raod because of a head truama that could be avoided if a helmet was worn.
