Its Always the Biker's fault, and all reported he and passenger were wearing Helmets.
Whats the chance if they took the point of view that the driver of the car was in the wrong........... All of the Insurance advertisers might stop paying for airtime???
There goes that $$$ figure..... I love America!! (really, I do)!!
