I don't believe anyone said that the roofer was right, all I'm saying is that if State Fund would actually look into the claims for more than 5 minutes before blindly paying out, they might be able to catch some more fraud before it reaches hundreds of thousands of dollars. There will always be crooked people out there, who will try to take advantage of the system, so who is going to be smarter than them? How about the largest insurer in the state? Anyone?
