I think after record high rate increases and so many businesses leaving the state, public awareness is at an all-time high. It's NOT the public that can change this; it's the laws that need to be changed. It's way too easy and most of the time, fraud isn't investigated and the person gets away with it. We need to get rid of the Democratic powers that be in Sacramento and somehow be able to investigate w/o fear of being sued for personal injury. Employers and companies should be able to collect damages from lawyers and doctors who participate in fraud ... maybe hitting them in the pocket book will discourage them.
