I have to give Garamendi credit, from a one time champion of socialism, he finally realized that it doesn't work (and from experience). His 2nd term as commissioner has been much more honorable than his first term. A liberal usually never gets it unless they experience it, eventually it hits home that the fantazy world doesn't work. I also applaud him for setting up a website on fraud, the only thing is, it is the DOI's home page! You then go the article that tells you about it and again, it directs you to the DOI home page. These folks really know what they are doing!
