The State of Montana should be ashamed of themselves. Trying to shirk-off their responsibilities by screwing-over injured workers in America should be a crime!

Their state government sounds too fishey for me. It sounds like their insurance and other businesses are telling them what to do.

Stupid people have a bad habit of making stupid choices like the ones mentioned here. I hope their State Fund loses their *** with this lawsuit.
