Hmmmmm. Put a bunch of lawyers and doctors in a room to hammer out Med Mal changes and, whaddayaknow, out comes the one thing they can agree on -- changes that hurt insurers! This legislation will accomplish nothing in terms of making coverage more availabel or more affordable, but legislators will crow nonetheless.
