When will the industry and Mr. Garamendi "get it"?
Make a $10,000 deductible the minimum and you do two things that will completely stabilize the marketplace. It would eliminate small claims and the costs associated with them AND it would bring premiums down.
Hmmmmm...what a concept!!!
