You guys have it all correct....this is a game of politics and there is no REAL concern by Garabundy for the general public. His REAL concern is about is next election. When you look at the joke called the Low Cost Auto Insurance Program, his opinion to changing zip code rating and this homeowners issue, you know that it all about gathering votes and not what he really feels. My bigger concern is who the next commissioner will be. Have you seen this gaggle of goobers who are planning to run. Holy Jesus, help us.
