Unfortunately, the fact is that there is direct correlation between where someone lives, how much they earn (or receive), the number of motorists (both insured and uninsured), and the cost of repair (due to the other previous listed factorsd impacting the body shop owner). Now, if we lived in the USSR as Garamendi, Boxer and Feinstein would have it, none of those other factors would even matter!
