There's nothing illegal here – the SEC would have been all over it. This is politics at its finest and perfect example of why the public is turned off and tuned out. If I spent every waking moment of my day complaining about my business competitors, I would have no business in a very short period of time. Yet, this seems to be the sole purpose of many of our politicians, in this case, the Democratic Party.

Mr. McGavick's only crime is being crazy enough to try and make a real difference. I rather clean out outhouses for a four years – I'd deal with less of you know what.
