And if all brokers in CA would follow the "Golden Rule", and consumers were truly informed in CA, maybe this wouldn't be an issue. Also, 15/30/5 would have been sufficient in 1967 when the FR section was added to the DMV code. However, I don't know too many insured's who could afford having 33% of their wage taken away due to a judgement in 2006.
Mercury really came into existence at the same time(1963) schools in the US denied theirs!
