'They unearthed numerous instances of suspected insurance fraud that could have bilked consumers out of tens of thousands of dollars.' Shouldn't that read '...could have bilked insurers out of tens of thousands of dollars'? I expect an insurance journal to accurately
recount what is going on nationwide - insurance fraud.
