It's easy to lower rates when you don't pay claims. 21st Century takes advantage of the system better than anyone. They delay investigation for months, even on clear liablity cases and then deny. This company should not be allowed to write auto coverage. If you ever have an accident with a 21st Century policyholder make sure you get a police report and get a medical evaluation or you will experience nightmare claims handling. You can't can imagine.
