I agree. I hear all kinds of excuses but the primary one is "too expensive" and I have to admit for people in most parts of So. Calif it is extremely expensive. The one I love is the "why buy EQ or Flood insurance? If we have a disaster the Govt. will step in and give me money and low interest loans".

Then, when that doesn't happen they sue us.
