I have them send me an email specifically stating that they are declinin coverages that I recommend. I can't tell you how many people are hesitent to do so. Just had one come in today, took him a whole week to write to me to decline. When you make them put it in writing, they are hesitant to decline. I have had some people back off and say "just go ahead and add it."

However, having said all this, I have never been through a dispute. How did your turn out, did they hire counsel and take they take it to the DOI or to court?
