whatever it takes to get these people insured,this whole deal makes me angry,dmv needs more teeth,impound these vehicles with stiff fines & put 'em jail and make 'em pay before they get out of jail,we need a lot more facilities to store cars/people & staff to enforce law. what's the difference between this law & min lia limits for these drivers? they will drive until they get caught & still might not do the right thing. make them pay for a full 6 months or annual term-no monthly available,this is a bunch of b.s. until they back it up like they should!!!!!
