I eagerly opened my renewal slip for my 67 Chevelle, hoping to see the "No Emissions Test Required", no luck. As the article reads "It's expected in March", maybe March of 2010. I've passed (knock on wood) every year since I've owned the car, only after I have the car tuned and the carburetor adjusted - each year. As most collectors do, I drive the car less than 300 miles a year.
