Boneheads at DMV/ADEQ. Looks like I will have to pay 40 bucks for registration if I can't dial in my carbs just right the first time. Meanwhile, the illegals will drive down the street with no license, registration, insurance...spewing smoke out the back of their K car. Yeah...I am the problem here.
