And people wonder why insurance rates are so high??? It is a very simple concept, pay your insurance on time and your policies won't get cancelled. I can't believe people have the nerve to call and report claims after they haven't paid their insurance and it's been cancelled, however I see it all the time. The claims people need to be on top of the situation and call to verify coverage before even taking the claim to the next level. I have seen a company pay for claims first, ask questions later and are out a lot of money. Good luck trying to collect after that!
