Whack!!, that's the sound of the court room gavel against Garamendi's head. Once again, he has been taken to task for over reaching beyond his control. Now that he is Lt. Gov, he hasn't been heard from. Isn't it great. As far as I am concerned, he shouldn't be elected to anything higher than dog catcher from now on.
