Hey, just because people don't have insurance doesn't mean that they don't have a right to a nose job, and a Cadillac, and a boob job, and liposuction, and a flat screen TV, and govt financed abortion, a sex change, and a condo on the beach, and on and on and on. It's not fair that some people can afford these things and others can't.
