the lawyers win again at the expense of the public. The clients testifying on TV commercials that "I was represented aggressivly and very well by my atty." are the winners. These unemployed people are all looking for their one lottery ticket after being slightly injured by anything with value. Keep this up and try to find emergency room doctors. Their Med Mal is so high now, you may not be able to pronounce your doctor's name on your next visit. Hell, I can not pronounce it now? Can you have that many "A's in a name? LOL
