Dear Jacob, I have nothing to do with USANA products, I just found the corispondence itresting. All i can say is that evey aspect of life has it's rules, including and especially businesses. I can suggest to you that if you can't play by the rules, make them work for you or find a way around them. But no business in it's right mind is going to let you break their rules, it's just not good business. Any successful taxpaying adult can tell you that you just have to find a way around the rules, and make it work for you. Hope this helps and god bless, Eric Cook
