Why am I absolutely not surprised by any of this. Unfortunately this is the one that got caught. As agents we used to be able to spot something like this but not any more without great difficulty. The troubling issue here is the repeat behavior. It is almost a "I'm more clever than you" attitude. I'd like to hear the insuror's side as to how this happened and how it happened again.
