Well howdy-do!! Hillary's social medicine has hit California in the form of auto insurance. Just what do you get for your $400 dollars. How low is "low income"? And how do such individuals find the money to afford a car? If this is anything like the plan in New Jersey, it ain't auto insurance! I'm sure anyone in California who is hit by a driver with this policy is not going to be too happy to learn that their insurance is going to have to pay the brunt of the damages.
