It is a rediculous program. The limits on the policies are lower than the state minimum limits of $15/$30/$10, which are way too low already. The insurance policy of the person hit has to pay most of the claim. It is really no different than a driver being uninsured. It makes me sick that the DOI thinks that this is a solution at all. This is just a political ploy to get more votes. If only the public really knew how little the low cost insurance covered.
