Could someone please write that down? Preferably someone in Congress? Maybe FEMA? Jessee Jackson, you have a pen?

When the quake hits (and it will), when it levels a "minority city" (and it will), when there's thousands of "people of color" screaming about how some evil Repulican is failing to rescue them (and they will) I want this quote brought out and run in 110pt font on the front page of The Times.
