Subject: It's paradise!
Sounds like heaven... let's all move there, build million dollar homes right on the shore, build them to 1800's code standards, and not insure them for floods. Of course, we'll build earthen dams and levees around our houses... we're not stupid!
I wonder how much it would cost to have an excavation company dig my house 60 feet below sea level.
Anyone want to come over for a cook-out?
