C'mon, Anon. The standard set by N'Awlins is 25 feet below sea level. You can save yourself some money because you don't have to go down to 60 feet. Chances are with the Corps building the levees and your local politicians on your side nothing can possibly happen to you no matter what sort of storm comes along. You don't need no stinking flood insurance...you'll get a bailout when the time comes. And if you don't, why, you have many many targets to sue.

I'll bring some beer to the cookout.
