I think you are way off base here lastbat. Using your logic and conclusions, let's just get rid of airbags and seatbelts because accidents and injuries are going to happen regardless of using them or not. Right? These laws (against cell phone usage) are preventative and not designed to stop ALL accdients but to prevent, at least, some incidents from occuring.
