This is so stupid. It's just another way to higher more bureauctat's. I was hoping that this would by pass Hawaii but guess not. There have always been "bullys" and there will always be the smaller kids. That's the world. I don't know when we got the notion that we need to wrap kids in bubble wrap and sit them in the corner so they don't get hurt or get their little egos damaged. It's called life people. The sooner you learn to deal with it the better off you'll be. Oh wait...that's not right...you should just file a law suit and make some $$$$ when your kid is called a wimp. Hawaii is becoming another sue happy state like California.
