Brilliant! Send in military troops, un-trained in the art of fighting brush fires. No governor in the history of CA has ever had the forsight to develop a contingency plan to fight fires when they first start, not wait until it becomes a disaster. This is an annual event in CA so having a plan would be time well spent and save millions of dollars. Everyone seems content to have a good disaster response plan. THAT'S TOO LATE !!!!!
