People who use it medicinally don't always use it everyday. It does help with chemo side effects, but that doesn't mean they are constantly 'toking'. A cancer patient that smokes for a few weeks during a round of chemo should NOT be fired or prevented from being hired due to a drug test that gives no time table on when the drug was actually ingested.
