I am a firm believer that cancer patients are much better off with the use of marijuana during their treatments & that comes from being a witness to the effects. My aunt, diagnosed with lung cancer was receiving chemo-therapy, which left her nausiated & no appetite whatsoever during the first month of her treatments & she lost somewhere near 25 lbs, but was already a tiny thing anyway. After trying numerous perscribed drugs, that did not seem to help at all, her oldest son brought her some marijuana, which helped her to relax, eased a lot of the pain, relief from the nausia & even gave her the munchies, bringing back her appetite & ability to eat & keep food down. She even started to gain some of the weight back slowly, increasing her body's potential to handle what it was going through with the treatments.

As far as medicinal use I am glad to say that it has been proven to make a remarkable difference. About social use of any drug, I say to each his own & for all you folks out there not wanting to share the road with pot smokers, pill heads & drinkers, to bad, you already do...
