Greed and arrogance. Farmers would charge a fee for every policy if their monthly bill was paid late. EXAMPLE: 4 autos, home, umbrella = 7 fees (includes late fee for monthly. In many cases, those fees for one month reached $50, that's greed and the arrogance that you wouldn't get caught. THEY DID
