well, it could be a polar bear breaking a chunk of iceberg allowing it to flow southward where a pelican and a few of his friends picked it up and scattered among the cloud cover...then mother nature said it was just too heavy to carry amongst the clouds and just let it loose where it stood...the animals were initially all happy to have a early swimming pool or a quick way down river...i think truly we are overdoing the global warming.
