Isnt this novel. The park will keep the name yet the company will be dismantled that bears its name. And how many will go to the unemployment line from Safeco? Selling is not "merging". It is making the statement "we can't do it our way anymore and need somebody else to take over." Spin as you like it but it is what it is and Mr. Dent is pi**ed. He was a renengade. This sale is about $$ only - the ugly face of greed
