If anyone deserves consideration in this mess it would be the military members fighting in foreign countries. That being said, a premium adjustment of $7/$100 probably will not break anyones bank and has nothing to do with foreclosures. Also, why shouldn't USAA come under the microscope of consumer groups the way the rest of the industry has?
