TJ......you obviously don't understand the process. The people who criticize DRP's are the same people who belong to the NRA. They cling to outdated beliefs like choosing repair shops based on their intimate knowledge of the auto repair industry. There is no plot by insurance companies and shops against consumers. The insurance companies have the leverage to keep shops honest and repair costs reasonable.
