I'm not a lawyer, but I believe this ruling, in plain English, is saying that even though you are not at fault, you still need to pay the lawyers their fees in the case if you sign a hold harmless agreement with the party that is sued. What a joke. Pay $400 per hour to defend an allegation. It doesn't matter if it's true or not.
